Let's see, I run a small business, and have to turn $120,000 a year, or $10,000 a month to survive, if the community spends that with me, where do they get the money to spend, if their minimum wage, is gone with rent, and groceries are from the food bank...the basis of our capitalistic workings is simple...when low income people have money, they will spend it, even when it means going without come things because they don't have expendable income. It strikes me it is the store owners and business community are cutting their own throats to a point, to hold to starvation, minimum income ....

Never ceases to amaze me that the GOP's biggest voter block are working class. Talk about a wildly successful disinformation campaign! They have fooled people by distractions of red-herring fear-based social issues. (sigh)

Immediately require that their salaries be decreased by the same percentage. They should also have the same benefits, which I think would mean they would have none. What is good for you is good for them.
