Farmers are referring to the farmer's welfare bailout by POTUS as "Golden Legs". China has cancelled billions of dollars in orders due to the tariffs. & our farmers have lost this vital income. The farmers are referring to the bailout as "Golden Legs" as POTUS has cut their legs out from under them, then paying them for destroying their necessities for survival. & just where are we to get this money? Well from the future generations of course. Their credit card. How do I know you ask? Well I live in farm country & I stopped by my cooperative.Talked to some farm guys I know there. I never leave my property save for business. So business it was. I also heard this on the fake news media CNN.

It is as if they traded their legs for "gold" prosthetic. Rather have the legs than a fake legs made of gold. As POTUS tariffs have cut their legs out from under them & POTUS replaces them with a prosthetic of gold which is the money for the subsidy/welfare/bailout

Essentially, the dumbfuck in chief is screwing the country in 2 ways with this one. First, in the inevitable higher prices his idiocy will cause, and secondly, by bailing out the farmers on the taxpayer's dime. But what the hell...it's not HIS money.

Money might come from a higher interest rate on cards, etc. but it is most likely to be drained out of social security. Keep in mind that if Trump doesn't fix the farmers they might not vote for him. That is what this is all about. If anything passes between now and the mid terms you have to also ask if it will be in affect by then. Probably not.
