While we're on the subject of chocolate-related polls, have you ever owned a Toblerone (even one of the massive ones) and not scoffed the whole lot within 24 hours?

Yes I have, not proud of it, love the white ones too...

Has anyone else noticed that Toblerones seem to be sold at just about every Airport in the world?

When I was a child, my father always brought home a Toblerone each for my sister and I whenever he went abroad. I was quite surprised to later discover that they could in fact be bought in normal shops, not only at airports.

@Jnei

Sounds like a great tradition, and besides he knew it was a sure thing that he could get them on the return journey.

@Hitchens I wonder if he secretly just stopped off at the village shop on the way home and bought them there...?

@Jnei

Suspicious minds?? Lol...actually no ..he got them in the duty free..but perhaps that one time..he didn't have time..so maybe he grabbed a couple in a petrol station..just that once.?

No, but just because I've never seen one. Before I realized that chocolate was keeping me up all night whenever I ate any, chocolate was one of my food groups. After I got cancer I became concerned the chocolate would exacerbate it, so avoid chocolate altogether now.

But, yeah, if I could eat it without health setbacks, I'd gobble it every chance I got.
Every.

I rarely have them but if someone gave me one it would disappear rather quick

I have and I don't even like them that much. I am just seduced by the shape. I think they are too gritty.

Buy one of the big ones. Load a Terry's Chocolate Orange segment between each of the peaks for double indulgence smile001.gif
