Christian bumper sticker of the day. "Jesus is the answer!" I don't think the know that the question was "who isn't real?"

But that led me to the thought, do any of you believe that a the historical yet non-divine person named "Jesus" existed during a similar time frame in that region of the world that the myths of the buybull were created around?

There is almost no historical evidence of Jesus, or very little.

It’s possible that there was a person named Jesus, or not, who formed the basis of some of the stories.

I don't know. Nor would it seem, that anyone else does either ...

No, it doesn't seem to matter to those that believe.

You know there is some contention over that debate there are some Fringe Scholars who feel that he did not for a variety of reasons but mostly because there were lots of historical records kept during that time and nobody else mentions him except in the Bible

Lots named Jesus now, but then, who knows. The story had to have started somehow. So yes, I would think so

I think it is possible for sure. But no way to ever know.
