The Grateful Dead -American Beauty. I played that album so many times, I think to this day my mother would still know the lyrics.

Emerson, Lake, and Palmer albums, Tarkus, Trilogy, and Brain Salad Surgery. Still listen to those on a regular basis. Had the vinyl but sold, have the CD's and ripped to mp3's for my phone.

When I was a teenager we didn’t buy albums we bought and played singles. 45s which had a hit side and a flip side. I sometimes got to like the flip sides better than the hits! I went to the record shops with my pocket money and spent most Saturdays in there in the booths listening to the “hit parade” had a huge collection at one time, I handed them into Oxfam years ago. Later when I did buy albums I remember playing Simon and Garfunkel’s Bookends incessantly.

"Pippin" original 1972 Broadway cast album. Yeah, I was a theater geek.

KISS Alive! ( A Christmas present from my Mom )

Nazareth: Hair of the Dog -- There's not one dud on the whole album. I still have the songs on my phone to this day.

One of the 10 LP's / 8 track tapes that everyone had in the summers of 76-77, probably due to those RCA / Columbia House record clubs. Also if you bought the Love Hurts 45, the flip side was the awesome Hair of The Dog.

Hard question, because there were a few, different ones different years. Possibly the biggest age 16 to 18 was Tina Turner: Private Dancer. Loved Sade: Promise, too, though. I love a sexy saxophone supplementing vocals!

You will find them conveniently listed on my profile.

Any Beatles, Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and on and on. Too many to list.

Bowie - Diamond Dogs, Images, Aladdin Sane, and Hunky Dory. Anything Queen or T. Rex, and the soundtrack to Hair. That's first tier. I wore the grooves off of a lot of them. 🙂

Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour

Repeatedly while reading Dune. So much so, that the songs now bring back scenes from the book and scenes from the book can trigger songs from the Album.

Also lots of ABBA records.
