Well except I don't have a BMW.

I take the right lane and by the time I get to my turn I'm ahead of the traffic that was in the left lane. It's two lanes each side with left turn lanes. Not that people around here actually know how to use left turn lanes.

I had to smile when I read this. I live in an area that is so non-urban that we don't have a center lane anywhere nearby. It's right or left. That's all.

Well in Wisconsin, the lines are usually covered by snow and ice. I there a speed limit for snowmobiles?

@Spag84 Oh, come on. They're only covered nine months of the year. The rest they're covered with construction and repair equipment.

Heavy traffic..right lane. You can't really get anywhere anyway. I have bail out room. If a wreck has happened ahead of me, l can get on the access road. The rest of the time it varies. What l never do is tailgate. Over 90% of accidents are rear end collisions.

Left lane. Get out of my way, slowpokes.

But I drive a Scion like it's a BMW...cause I'm that kind of bad ass.

Unless I am passing slower traffic or I'm exiting, I tend to stay in the middle lane.

My 73 VW beetle doesn't quite keep up with traffic.

Lol. I know what you mean. I've had several air cooled VWs. Probably why I still hang in the right lane. Also a truck driver. So that's where I usually am when on the freeway.

The one that's going in the direction I'm heading .
