I have been on FB for about 11 years, ever since they started with community colleges. I have lots of liberal friends and a few relatives that haven't disowned me yet.

6 years, I think.

Facebook for a few years (I don't keep track) I don't spend much time there as most of my online time is here.

I still use it. I have friends all over the world...it is easy to keep up with them there.

Yes I do have a couple in different countries and yeah it is easier to keep in touch with them.

I've had my account for about 10 years. My high school class is still relatively connected and it's how I maintain contact with some of my friends from the military. I'm much more engaged here, these days.

That's the same with me except for the military part.

I deleted my account, it's better here!

The only reason I keep mine is to keep up on everyone's birthdays, because I forget them.

@Sheannutt I kept messenger just to keep in touch with my family and friends. My family will tell me when it's a relative's birthday and friends will tell me when it's one another's birthdays, so it's not a big loss, I really don't miss it at all! I'm happier here! I'm free to be me!

@MichelleGar1 that's not a bad idea I think I would just go through Messenger. I love it here much happier.

@Sheannutt it's so much easier! Hope it works out for you! I love it here too!!!

I am on FB and it's the reason that I am here but I hardly ever post those anniversary videos. They are cheesy and usually meaningless. The vast majority of people I know on FB I knew years before we connected so the anniversary is years late.

I was encouraged to join about 2005 by a friend in Hoi An, VN as a way to stay in touch. FB became sort of ho hum and untrustworthy a few years ago so I have pretty much dropped it. Agnostic is a lot better. I'll recommend to my friends.

I have been trying to get some Facebook friends on here. I don't even talk to some of them about this site because they are so religious. There are only two Facebook friends I have that have joined this site.

@Sheannutt Two more than I have.

@rogueflyer remember you met one of them and my other friend he lives here in Grants Pass to.

@Sheannutt I met you on Agnostic. I was refering to getting FB friends to join Agnostic. But yes, I'm glad I've gotten to know you and your friend. That's the advantage of Agnostic. It's much more group friendly for folks who don't know each other before.

@rogueflyer it most definitely is great to meet people here.

I'm still on facebook just because so many of my friends and family are on there, including remote ones. I've been on there for over 9 years now.

December 2009.
I was forced to join. LOL
Still use it daily.

Yeah, my son just took over and created my account, also in 2009.

I use it daily to keep up with my dear friends and my family. The rest of it is just so much garbage and the advertisements are annoying.

I do, 12+
