I think screaming as long as you don't hurt your throat is beneficial gets rid of tension way not ot hurt your vocal chords is to do it into a pillow (I was advised) or you could try running away thats good too for tension and getting away from inanity
I have nerve damage to my left leg so running isn't an option, actually it never has been, I'd rather fight.
