To learn about how to gain points and levels:

Open your profile.
Under Details, is the word Level.
Click on your underlined points to the right of Level.

Level 1 is trivial to get out of. You don't need help with it.

Help yourself by writing more than a 1-sentence bio, and just doing some ordinary interactions in a few conversations. Probably can pull it off in 1 or at most 2 nights.
