@Veteran229 I am fully aware of the Senate's inaction. I am also aware that involves both houses. Thing is, passing the House is not a problem, hence the SENATE needs to act. Have I dumbed it down enough for you now?

Getting worse -food stamps only funded through end of January, families budget includes tax refunds, people live paycheck to paychek. Trump is dilusional.

Where did you hear this about food stamps?
Its been in news MSNBC. It needs to be refunded with shutdown.
After Trump's lies tonight on TV he hopes we will give in to his demands so he can stop holding America hostage. Even though he took blame for the shutdown to start with, it only continues because the Dems won't "give in" and make a deal with him.
Trump wants to rule by fiat. We should oppose him even if he wants to rule by Mercedes.

@Maindawg We did. Hillary won but trump got elected. Which bring us to another valuable lesson. The college electorals need to go.
