I don't recall ever anything quite like this. Heck, I have been around the world and I don't think I can say that I have ever seen that many Russians in one place !!! ( Never been to Russia though ). It was really weird, as a minimum.

Seems like the old days from the cold war are truly over. It may be something good. Who knows.

It was just a story of something I found statistically unusual. Not sure what to make out of it. The Mueller part was a political joke. I don't really care what he does or doesn't do. As a minimum it was interesting.

@DeStijl I didn't say spies. It's just a fact, I was surrounded and outnumbered. I found that unusual, that's all.

They were speaking Russian all over the place, it was uncanny. And Mueller it is, duly noted.

I agree...the nuances in the languages make it difficult to discern, however, Chicago does have the third largest Russian speaking population...I fly in and out of O'Hara, and I guess I just never paid attention because there is so much diversity in that airport that why would it even be on my radar?...the issue for me is why would Mueller even be mentioned when most Russian speaking citizens in our country had nothing to do with investigation...

@thinktwice Agree with your comments and I didn't know Chicago has such a large Russian community. Likely that's all there is to it. The Mueller part was just a smarty pants joke. Nothing else.

@IamNobody Polish is especially common around O'hare. And most of the ladies that speak it are hot.
