So gentilemen & ladies, who would you like to see run as the opposition to the perceived as "socialist Democrats"? Besides a Bannon/Coulter ticket. =0}

Pence as the Vice President will probably run in 2024 unless POTUS resigns by 2020. So Pence & whom? Who does Pence align himself with. Too far down the road? They are already positioning. Is Indiana southern? Politics yes, weather no. 2 evangelicals on the ticket would eliminate Kasich. Joni Earnst?

The Republicans are going to need a moderate to run if they hope to maintain the Oval Office. The mid-terms proved that people have had more than enough of far right wing crazies. They'd be wise to beg Olympia Snow to come back and make a run at the Oval Office.

While I have tremendous respect for Olympia Snowe, I don't think it's possible to convince her to do it. I think she's got better things to do than to stick her head in that meat-grinder.
I also don't think that the current incarnation of the republican party would accept her.
There are too many ignorant republicans, and conservatives, who would reject her out of hand.
She's too moderate for them. She's actually a reasonable individual.
They can't handle that.

I'm not excited about anyone, from any party. I have not decided who I'm going to vote for.
It's too soon anyway. I think it's insane that the process starts so early.
Those who are already supposed to be serving their elected terms of office are spending more time campaigning than they are doing their jobs. I've always believed that was wrong. It also speaks directly to the appalling influence of money in the process.

I also don't think most people actually understand what the term
"socialist" means. They use it as an epithet because some talking head told them they should be against it.
We've had aspects of socialism incorporated into our system of government since it's inception. Most people don't understand
that, either.

@OwlInASack There is SO MUCH ignorance in this country, it's staggering.
Too many people are so completely ignorant of so much related to their lives. They don't understand how things work, at all. They also, and possibly more importantly, do NOT understand how things are NOT working.

Give me any sane candidate that is for "We the People." PS, this does not include anyone in power at the current time.

I personally do not care who runs. I will vote for the candidate who best represents what I believe to be the right and best way forward for "We the People"

Me also but who would you like to see on a ticket who best represents "We the People"?

@Countrywoman Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren.

@jlynn37 Hasn't Bernie Sanders done enough damage to this country? He and his followers are the primary reason for the Idiot In Chief who now occupies the Oval Office.

@GuyKeith My opinion varies greatly from your opinion, but they are both just individual opinions none the less, for what it's worth.

@Bobby9 I have said before that Hillary WON the election. Trump was chosen president by the Electoral College. Hillary did not lose to Trump, she lost to the Electoral College. That does not negate the fact that Trump is still the president.

@GuyKeith Don't forget the Russians meddling. Kept several communities from voting as they manipulated polls & certain communities believed the polls & stayed home.
