The way I did it with my phone is to do a search for the quote - "Molly Ivans quote prefer burn" and often the entire quote can be seen in the hits. Copy and paste from there. You can also open the link and pull it from the page. I use the search engine dogpile.com as it provides the format most easily used for this.
For the image, click on it until it shows the option to download image to your phone. Then you can post that as well.
I know what you mean that devices do not allow copy and paste for much text. To do my own, I have to go into "edit" to grab it.
Btw, copy and paste is performed by holding your finger down on the text (that allows it) until you see a couple of marker balloons that lets you drag and position to highlight the text you want. Then you select copy from the option bar that shows. PM if you want if you need more help, or just ask here.

A country is its constitution. A country is an idea, the idea is the constitution. Do if you abandon it, it becomes a mass that can be usurped.
That is the difference of the modern state, the loyalty is to the texts and ideas, that are built with logic and intentions, not to symbols or people that can change and be abstract.

Great statement. I've had that argument before. Being a vet, people would sometimes at least give your argument a listen, some years ago, before the orange menace. Now, only veterans who support him are patriots; only those who weren't captured; only those who were tough enough not to get PTSD; etc.

@Gooniesnvrdie Drives me nuts, too. And I have such a list. Now, his administration is suggesting cutting disabled and unemployed veterans benefits after giving away a trillion plus to the richest.
