@Petter The confusion seems to be from the fact that there is a Russian Tv channel in America. As I do not have a tv and live thousands of miles from USA it seems to cause confusion in limited indoctrinated thinking. RT is competing internationally, Russia Tv is competing against the crap that now passes for American Commercial Tv.
@FrayedBear i need to do a little research on that, but I think it is true!
