Vacations I took via cruise ship or airline:

Grand Caymen; Coco Cay; Glacier Bay; Mt Ranier from the plane

@mzbehavin They're the equivalent of feral cats over there. They OWN that island

Lake MacMalen, Papineau-Labelle park, Quebec

The little cabin on the picture is the only house on that lake. We slept a few nights there with some friends. So beautiful and so peaceful.

Snail outside my home. Flowers at the Getty Villa Museum. Flying out of Denver. View from 9th floor of courthouse in Orange County. Somewhere in California coming home from Lake Tahoe.

Lake Graham - near Jackson, Tennessee

@mzbehavin Not much by the dock....but crappie season isn't too far away, and the lake is loaded. There are small john boats all around the lake you can rent (for $5 a day I think), and LOTS of good crappie beds, just off the the left of the dock, near where the channel drops in.

@mzbehavin iPhone camera.
I’m so bad. I have two 35mm and two digital cams, cd’s of my travel pics pre-iPhone. I’m so spoiled to it now!

This is my only one. ?. But i must admit that the moth is pretty awesome. ??

@mzbehavin Wow is beautiful. Most people don’t like moths but I think that their detail is way better than most butterflies.

Hiking photos, WA State.

  1. Sunset set the cliffs afire, first gold, then red. Necklace Valley, WA.

  2. Beautiful Spider Meadows, WA

  3. Mountain goats at Ingalls Lake, WA.

  4. Dolly Varden trout in Merritt Lake, WA.

  5. Sunrise peeks over a ridge, Lanham Lake, WA.

@mzbehavin

Thanks. Resting beside the lake, I was unusually inert. Trout swam close to my feet. The next day, I was diagnosed with pneumonia.

Merritt Lake is a steep hike, gaining 4,000' of elevation over four miles. I didn't understand why I was so tired.
