What is something you have tried, but will never do again?
Hazelnut coffee.
actually I have never had Red coffee in a cup. I'm not sure if I'd try red coffee or not.
In and out burger, chicos tacos, and many other "hole-in-the-wall" restaurants I'm supposed to like because that's just the way it is. To me, sounds like somebody's got a bad case of the " s'pposedus.
Skydiving. I had one of those Acme parachutes that open on impact... just kidding. But I did lose my concentration on the way down and failed to turn myself into the wind and landed hard, breaking a bone in my calf.
@Redcupcoffee It was a crack rather than an outright break; I actually stood on the one leg to show it wasn't serious. But later on, I couldn't touch the ground without terrific pain.
Ketamine. Took it once and hated it.
@Redcupcoffee it's a horse tranquiliser and a bit of a hallucinogen, made it so I couldn't move. I also had the good fortune to be spiked with it unknowingly which led to a psychotic episode and another spell on the ward. Bad stuff avoid.
Steak tartar while staying at the Carlyle hotel New york CITY....was goaded into it by some celebrity friends.....NEVER AGAIN!!... Lol
a really tall roller coaster, nappies, a pram and bathing in the sink
Zero or low-carb dieting. If keeping my sanity means staying fat, so be it.
Beer. It doesn't like me. Makes me burp for a week on just a sip.
A few I can't share but parachuting is one I can
Everybody has a dim view of marriage. I tried that and it didn't work but the second time around it did and it was worth the previously failed relationships.
What would I never do again? That's easy; get into a car accident and end up in the hospital for 9 months!!
LSD
@Redcupcoffee nothing bad at all, when I was 20sumthing. Ok, and 30sumthing. It's just that these days I'm not too sure that LSD wouldn't explode my 40sumthing heart...... Maybe though, maybe I should consider tripping again. After all, having Trump and his 'best people' around is a lot like a bad acid trip. May as well get on a good trip, right?
