It's a pretty awful and gross thing I agree that it should be a Federal law

Now wait! If it bans “Senate Bill 67 prohibits sexual contact between a person and an animal, defining sexual contact as "any act committed between a person and an animal for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, abuse or financial gain." Then it would have to ban artificial insemination, which basically involves fisting a cow for “financial gain!” ?

I guess Lindsey Graham will have to watch his P's and Q's now in Kentucky

I'm not entirely sure the horse would notice?

Oh why did I read this....

We had a guy in Connecticut who was "found out" when he tried to marry his cow. The cow was living in the house with him. Yup that happened.

Again the cow probably didn't care - but I have to wonder what it thought of being kept inside a house? And what the methane production was like?

Ok - I'm going to wash my mind out now....

That's fucked up that it has taken them this long and 4 tries to get this law passed... But the real question is why isn't this a federal law that covers every state??? Also, WTF Wyoming, New Mexico, West Virginia, Hawaii and Washington, D.C.??? (Okay, I've heard stories about D.C...)

My guess is that it is not a widespread problem and the act would fall under most of the numerous cruelty to animal laws.

My concern isn't why most other states don't have laws against bestiality as much as it is why was it necessary for a couple of states to enact laws against it.

KFC will never be finger lick'n good again.

About 15 years ago, here in Central Pennsylvania, that happened at a turkey farm. Two guys were fired. Both were initially arrested, but the guy who actually did it got off, more or less, as he was mentally handicapped and coerced into the act. Those are the ones who got caught. Think on that.

@Beowulfsfriend , We've all heard similar stories. Sadly, these days nothing surprises me.

It's still okay there if you marry the beast first.

As long as it doesn’t need an abortion!! ?

@Barnie2years I think you may have just figured out where trump supporters come from.

What!?!? I’m going to have to go across the river to Ohio now?

I just fact checked my dumb joke. Ohio made it illegal just a couple years ago.

@BohoHeathen, I hope you’re not living in a glass house . ?

@indirect76 how bout indiana?

@btroje It’s illegal in all states except Wyoming, New Mexico, West Virginia, Hawaii & DC. It’s in the article.

@indirect76 was just kidding anyway

@btroje Aaaawww, shucks! I thought you might! ?
