@darthfaja Suffocation isn't the problem, In fact it isn't even close to being the problem. its only 0.041% of our atmosphere, versus 20.95% oxygen. Humans can survive with oxygen as low as 16% with only muscular impairment. The problem with increased CO2 emissions is that it can rise the temperature of the earth, and our climate models are not good enough to calculate what will happen under those conditions, but many suggest that it could cause an increase in extreme weather, death of ocean life especially coral reefs, and rising sea levels.

Lets face it, no matter what happens humans aren't just going to die all at once even under extreme circumstances, don't underestimate human resilience. We have the technological capability to survive in under the ocean, underground, and in space. Humans aren't going anywhere, and that's a good thing because we got ourselves into this mess and we can get out if we want to, there is no point in crying about it or getting worried because some alarmist groups want ad revenue.
