What was your most enjoyable dream? What was your worst Nightmare? Can you go back and continue a dream where you left off from the night before. (Some people can do this, I would like to know how.)

Good😀reams with pleasantness.
Bad:chased around tight, enclosed
space.
If awoken by noise(like nearby traffic
or siren) I usually return to rejoin
my dream.
Thanks

Best: I had a dream that my grandma was still alive and had never died. It was the best to have her back even if a dream for a little while.

Worst: My entire family dead in a different manner and I have no way to save them.

Most enjoyable...I had a 1970 Chevelle SS, and was running it in the 1/4 mile. Woke up, and could still remember feeling the power under my butt.
Worst...Something very bad happened to one of my children.
If you’ve ever tried to quit smoking with a nicotine patch, you might know they are great little dream enhancers. They make your dreams very realistic and intense. Almost as if it really happened.
Oddly enough, I just saw that Sheetz is selling little bottles of liquid called “Dream Enhancer”. Can’t say what the active ingredients are though.

I cannot recall any nightmares but there were probably some and the lovely dreams I cannot tell you or I will blush.

My most enjoyable dream had a bit of a strange start, I was free rock climbing (no ropes, pitons etc.) in the mountains of north Wales high on a sheer vertical cliff, I fell and was plunging at some rate toward a violent death when.... I tried using my hands like ailerons, It worked and after getting the hang of it, had the most incredible soaring and flying dream with a safe landing! Unfortunately never to be repeated. My worst and at one time recurring nightmare was finding myself at the wheel of a double decker bus, upstairs!! No sight of what was in front of me or the streets I was attempting to navigate, swaying and pitching, utter terror. Yes, I hear you say, that's one of those lack of confidence dreams, absolutely.

I'm an active lucid dreamer.
Took me a solid 3yrs to teach myself.

I did a lot of dream training in high school. You can read about how to do it somewhere, I imagine That's how I learned. You think about it as you fall asleep. Even better is if you wake up during the dream and are still a bit sleepy. You can do it more easily then and learn how.

I used to have trouble with nightmares of skiing off cliffs and it disturbed my sleep. I trained myself to start flying when it happened. That way I could keep sleeping.

i can answer part of that: yes, sometimes i can go back into a dream after a brief awakening. i am not sure how i do it. i just do it.

Once I remember solving a work software engineering problem in a dream -- and it worked the next day. But I wouldn't call it particularly enjoyable or even a nightmare. It was just getting too wrapped up in the work.

It was by far the most enjoyable job I ever had though -- designing motorized cancer research microscopes.

@RichCC I once solved a complicated research problem in my dreams. I had been trying to figure out the problem for a long time but it was very complex. In sleep you are probably better able to block out other things and focus. It worked when I woke up.

My most enjoyable ones have been sexual in nature...lol.

My worst nightmare? In the nightmare a couple who I know in real life lost two of their children due to a flood. It was incredibly sad and felt real.

I have continued dreams, but I don't think I made it happen.
