Just finished watching The Jeffersons and All in the Family! It is amazing to me that so many years later we still have the same problems with race in this country that we did in the 70s! People who are enlightened do not suffer from racism and bigotry, ignorance and misogyny! If everyone would honor the golden rule, the world would be a much better place! Thanks, Norman Lear!

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.We're like a large ocean tanker. It takes a longtime and a lot of space to turn a tanker. We're a country of 350 m. We may not be there now but I feel we have made progress. Can't say I'd be happy with the progress made if I was black and I think we went backward since 2016 but I guess they were out there the whole time. Now we just know it still exists.
