What's your work atmosphere like? Team players or back stabbers?

A mix of both but at least we all know who the back stabbers are

A little of both just to keep it interesting. Gossip keeps us all tuned in for the next drama. I keep it neutral and watch from the sidelines.

For much of my work there were a few team players, we stood side by side and each would do their bit - we met a few back stabbers - but many more who would stand in front of you and rip your guts out, physically, metaphorically and mentally

We are a team. The backstabber quit a couple of years ago.

Back stabbers pretending to be teamplayers, so that they can get close enough to drive that stab clear through.

Glad to be retired from that crap.

We have a very supportive work place.

My coworkers are family. We support, love, and work side by side in an effort to give students meaningful internships, real-world projects, and soft skills.

I love my team.

I have my own office and hate it! Its lonely and I have to go and seek out teamies. My team is lovely kind and supportive. The wider university faculty of health...yeah not so much. HE is quite competitive anyway. I'm not so it doesn't bother me

I work from home but belong to a sales team for the mid-atlantic. We used to have a few back stabbers on the team... But they usually weed themselves out. People usually see them for what they are... Especially in the sales arena. They are a cancer to their employer.
