The Nazi/SA/SS/Gestapo uniforms were all designed by leading fashion designers of that era.
Whatever you can say... National Socialism was an ethos with style.

Indeed. Hugo Boss was both an ardent Nazi and very keen to design and manufacture uniforms.
Hugo Boss was the designer of these leather greatcoats and great looking Waffen SS uniforms. They were sadists but sexy looking ones!
