I don't believe in God. I am searching for job since last year but no where iam getting position response. My friends and family members say everything is happening because of god's will.
I don't understand whether to finally pray or keep trying for job.

Focus on your job. Do this without any ideas of gods in your mind at all. Everything is happening because everything you are aware of is happening. Do not discuss it with others as something to do with a god. Be honest, seeking, and search for that job you can do. If people want to discuss gods with you it is OK to agree with therm, but do not discuss it. You will appear as a dedicated person who is worthy of a job.

i must be tempting to hand over all one's responsibilities to god.

Look for ANY job, even if it is part time, something to get you started up. The problem is, if you are job hunting, and you have no record of ANY work, they will be reluctant to hire you. But if the job you do get is not that good, make sure that you think of it only as a stepping stone to a better one, you do not want to get stuck in a shit job for a long time. Also, consider temporary employment agencies, they can often help you get your foot in the door.
.
Additionally . . . set a goal for what kind of job you want to be doing in the future and work toward making that a reality. I started around the age of 58 studying to move from customer service to technical support. I started by getting certifications in A+, Network+ and Security+, (it was one hell of a lot of work) and was able to land a job doing network cabling, did that for about five months, then moved to clean room cabling, from there, (studying for the CCNA) network engineering. You have to be persistent, and you have to actually do the things necessary to draw the interest of perspective employers. It is not easy, but it is a challenge, and if you want to do better in your life, you have to set goals and work toward them . . .

If you're still in India you have lots of gods you could pray to. Here in the US people use false religious belief to get jobs and many benefits.

Short of that, I made a couple thousand dollars a year tutoring until I retired last year. There are students everywhere whose parents will pay you to rescue their children from the illness of Affluenza.

If you do not believe in God why would you consider praying to it. This is not logical thinking

you can ask, but i don't think he is hiring.

I have seen lots of recruiters, The pay is terrible but they say the death benefits are Heavenly!

You live in a nation that is overwhelmingly religious....so you're just going to have to be tolerant of those who believe that prayer works...smile on those who believe in the myths...acknowledge that they want good things for you....they just are deeply embedded in mythology. They mean well, but they're naive....

...but you are enlightened.

So... don't give in.

You clearly know decent English - even though it's a second language to you.

Be confident. Instead of believing in a mythical god...believe in yourself.

You know you're talented.

Just convince employers that you can benefit them if they hire you.

Thank you for your valuable suggestion ....
