A pastor at a church I went to w/my grandmother when I was a teen said that "reading Revelations is like dropping acid/ LSD." I don't know what's in your bible but you should definitely let me borrow it!

i watched a documentary on the book of Revelations a few years ago with my then partner who was a religious church goer. I remember saying half way through it mainly to wind her up "The writer had probably eaten some magic mushrooms" At the end of the programme the commentator said "We think whoever wrote it had ingested magic mushrooms" Really made my day.
