Planetariums, museums, parks - all my favorite places!

Who doesn't?

Apparently my buddies' wife doesn't "do" comedy despite this she seems pretty cool and not at all a serial killer(seems).

@Blindbird serial killers never seem to be serial killers. They interview the neighbors, "They seemed nice. Just quiet.". And doesn't like comedy? Keep an eye on that one.

I love all of these things. ?

Me, too!

I like most of these things...
But I'm not a big fan of zoos.
I hate seeing critters locked up.
I know that not all zoos are set up as little caged animals like in picture books, and I get that some zoos are more like sanctuaries for unwanted semi-domesticated animals or animals otherwise unable to make it on their own in the wild... Perhaps they're second or third generation Zooians, I get it.
But a typical zoo - not thanks. Why is there a Giraffe in North America (Canada?!) Sure - cool to see and fun for kids, maybe even educational, but I'm not sure it's worth the captivity of a wild creature.
I get scientist needing or wanting to study animals up close (I even support it) but I'm not going to every be happy with the suffering or putting one animal on 'display' for the amusement or entertainment of another.
Don't even get me started on Sea World!!
Wolf Haven (wolf sanctuary) = Good [wolfhaven.org]
Northwest Trek (Wildlife Park) = Good [nwtrek.org]

planetariums, museums, zoos and Parks - what I miss about being near a big city. I enjoy Mexican and ALL the rest as well as old radio shows, film noir and mystery novels.

Luckily have all these within 25 miles... Great Art Museum. Every city I visit, I try to find the local museums, history and an insightful view of the location. Sacramento has many, SF: endless.

I dearly love going to all those things and it has been ages since I've had the opportunity to do so.

Parks zoos etc and you have me, not really into the others though.

2

Yes to everything although fitness has an ebb and flow to it 🙂

2

Same w me on all the above. Music like everything opera-grunge-heavy metal. Not too many comedies.

2

C'est moi.

2

I do apart from fitness but that is about to change very soon.

Love planetariums, museums, parks, and zoos. Life is short, we only get one go-around. How could you not like new experiences?

As far as Italian food and fitness, lol, you're a woman after my own heart. I do personal training and eat fairly Mediterranean, so I have pasta and salad almost every night (homemade).

Don't really watch TV though. Good questions!

Love museums, warm days in the park, the food is the part of Italy I miss the most. What era do you consider "Oldies?" Love comedies and educational shows.

Except for the food, which I can no longer eat, and much of the oldies music, I agree with you!
