The best job I ever had was managing a theater. The worst was squeezing fish. What is your best and worst?
Best: bartending. Was a TON of fun and shockingly good money.
Worst: Veterinary practice. I worked in a practice that was dishonest and abusive behind the scenes. Felt like I had mortgaged my soul.

I worked at a law firm which was not dishonest but I still felt I'd sold my soul because we defended a large corporation which had polluted the ocean. I did the same at a car dealership that was dishonest. Sometimes it's the work and sometimes it's the management and sometimes the client.
@JohnHocker It’s surprising how much damage being required to compromise one’s value can do.
Squeezing fish??? Why would you need to squeeze fish?
The worst was my first job, grading bricks. The best was my second, a young man in the RAAF in Malaya. Lots of mates, lots of parties, lots of money and lots of girls.

It was a long time ago. The Japanese market for the eggs (herring) was strong, but nobody would eat the fish. The fish were left to rot for a week or so at which time if you squeezed it properly, the eggs would fall out. The rest was fed to seagulls, well, left in piles outside and the seagulls feasted. I think that type of harvest is illegal now.
@JohnHocker you win. That's the worst job I've heard of.
best - attendant at an arcade
worst - bankruptcy atty.
