I don’t agree with the premise. We’ve never lived in a time when it was so easy and free to communicate.

For the sake of argument, I think censorship is generally bad.

People get offended way too easily now-a-days.

I don't really think that society is being censored. People have more freedom and opportunity than ever to express themselves. Those expressions often get feedback or pushback, but that's not censorship.

Bad, very bad, censorship of any form (minus violence towards others) in a free society is wrong on so many levels.

That's an awful thing. Censorship takes away from society.

How so? I do not count people who are offended by what I say. They may want to censor me, but they don't get to do it. If I do not intend to offend anyone, and do so unwittingly, I apologize if it's civilly brought to my attention. Then again, sometimes I do intend to offend. I have never once been arrested by censorship cops.

The word is censored. I do not believe that your assertion is true. Censorship was much more prevalent in the 1940s and 1960s. I see almost no censorship today. Who is censoring what?

I don't see that at all. With the advent of social media more people have a voice than in anytime in history. There may be too much information and too many ideas to wade through, but it is all out there.
