I so want to go to Australia, even though the wild life is dangerous.

My mom toured Australia & New Zealand in her 70's, came home just fine!

Saw the documentaries on all the dangerous critters and thought no way. Then you see film of hikers and others walking around the bush with no more worry than we do. At a beach in Singapore, saw a sign warning that there were stonefish in the area. Yet people were swimming. Guess it’s all what you are used to....

Humans are more dangerous to wildlife than they are to us. Wild animals have an innate fear of us & rightly so. We on the other hand are always trying to eat them & refer to the cuisine as exotic, bush meat, wet markets. We humans are the danger. We just can't seem to respect wild life & leave them alone. Kangaroos are not for petting. Bats are not for eating. Wild life are not pets.

When raised and domesticated most animals do not bite the hand that feeds them, except humans who have a habit of always biting those who help them!!!

Hmmm the image may have been manipulated slightly...lols, but there are definitely some beautiful animals there. My favourite are pademelons, but photos don’t do the little kangaroos justice.

Definitely very cute.
Without knowing what this is, would guess it is a passionate little lemur leopard.

It’s based on a Western Pigmy Possum, see real picture above.
