Dave Allen was very funny. Three people in one. The biggest mystery that even religions do not understand.

My fav line, "In the name of the father, son and in the hole he goes." Hahaha...

Dave Allen was on our Public Broadcasting System tv station. Was one of my favorite show. Told a race joke & got kicked off. Ridiculous. Thanks for posting this

Grew up watching this with my parents, they loved him and explained a lot of things to us when we did not get the joke. Trying to imagine him as a four year old and I still give him that silver/grey hair.

@EarnestEccentric Mum did not believe in sugar coating things nor that children could not understand complex issues. We watched The Goodies with her I think I learnt more about Apartheid from them and her than school could have taught me. I was lucky to have watched TV shows that showed social issues.
