I would say the gov't can't restrict the free speech (banning of R or D) of private entities.
What happened to the Republican respect for private enterprise?
They're fine with no shirt no shoes no service.
But if there can be no lying terrorist insurrection starting lies from white supremacist, then suddenly the Republicans are pressing charges.
