After my first year here, I unblocked everyone I had previously blocked as a New Year's experiment. That lasted for less than 30 days, I started blocking people again. Life is just too short to allow just anyone into my life however peripherally. Agnostics can be a$$holes too, and I just don't have bandwidth for them. For me, now once they're blocked they stay blocked, and I don't tolerate much to block a new person. I don't keep track of how many I have, many of those blocked have left the site, thank goodness.

Why not? Some socially inept people are worth putting up with for information or entertaining idiocy and some aren't. I don't like you and you're boring isn't a high bar.

I often learn from, and sometimes influence, people I don’t hang with.

But, you’re important in your life so do as you think best.
