Red flag laws? Taking a person's gun away from them before they've had due process?

Let me tell you why I could give a flying fuck about it. In the state of IL as well as other states all a person has to do is make an ALLEGATION of abuse against someone at which point a person can be removed from their home and their child(ren) with absolutely no court hearing for at least several weeks and in my case several months in order to prepare for the court case.

So if some republican can please explain to me why I or anyone else should give a flying fuck about their guns being taken away without due process I'd love to hear it.

Fucking republicans care about guns more than any single fucking thing. As if gun rights are the only right that really fucking matters.

Fuck you and fuck your opposition to red flag laws.
