1-2 millisecond(s)? This is a joke, right?

I'm more concerned with the rapid shifting of the magnetic pole, which might relate to the rpms.

Quickest ever? Not really. They've only been monitoring it since 1960. 62 years is barely a blip for a 4.5 billion year old planet. 1.59 millisecond is not that significant. In not worried.
