Can he even remember anything he said ? Without a video, even quite smart people find that hard.

Quite smart? Excuse me, sir, he's a very stable genius.

He would not have gotten anywhere, let alone carried on like he has, without the delusional minds of religious zealots. I use the word delusional intentionally and not as a slur. Most of us are delusional, in some manner(s), so that happens. Like flu or love. When a delusion becomes obsessive, or addictive, it can feel existential and that's where zealots are. It is not their fault. They are products of people who filled their young minds with myth and magic so they felt loved and secure. It became their identity, their bond to family, and authority. Again, most humans like myths and magic of some nature (that's why we have Xmas) so not unusual. But now they are adults who's minds are delusional. This is what happens to a society so in love with myths and magics that we created an entire genre around them--fantasy--and it's red hot. Very few want to give up their fantasy so I don't blame the zealots as being unusual. The lesson is to stop filling the children's minds with myth and magic but, judging by the vehement refusal to stop telling kids about Santa Claus, we are not learning that lesson. Therefore, religious zealots will continue to make their unreasonable demands upon the rest of us and we'll continue to let them. Joining in when it's pretty, or festive. Eventually they'll grab the brass ring, again, and that will be all she wrote for democracy.

That’s too long.

@yvilletom I was concerned about that. Oh well.

He’s been doing that for the last ten years. Well, really his entire life.

Nobody likes to lose. This man's compete denial of his loss would be hilarious if it wasn't so fucking dangerous. He would rather burn this country to the ground than admit defeat. (Of course, he was doing a pretty good job of destroying the country while in office, too.)

Unfortunately his followers need to believe him so they will. If they don't it proves that they've been foolish and they can't allow that to happen.

How dare you say he said what he said he didn't say after he said it.

(grin) This is why other Repubs are not opinionating on what Trump did or didn’t say.

Oh please!
It wasn't the SOB's recent post it was EVERY thing he said or did for 5 years that has me convinced.

You and anyone actually paying attention. I was predicting what happened in 2020 before he even got elected.
