Buck stops with the Producer, which was Baldwin. I think the charges seem right but haven't been paying any attention to this incident. I just found the irony worth pointing out.

@rainmanjr I don't know that I agree with that either. You can't ever know everything about everyone that works for you, and even if you do that doesn't mean their circumstances can't change without you knowing. Should every CEO get charged with murder if one of their employees kills a coworker? Even if they accidentally killed a coworker? Should the President go to jail if a postman "goes postal"?

@ChestRockfield It's not exactly that because Alec also shot the person. For your question I would refer to The Director of The Twilight Zone movie. John something went to jail for the helicopter mishap. A Producer is higher in rank than The Director.

@ChestRockfield I thought it was pretty clear and I've already spent more time on this trivial issue than I meant to. My point was that he had the responsibility for all safety and failed in what might be a criminal way. Whatever the jury decides is fine with me.

@ChestRockfield I took a note from politicians I admire and don't do hypotheticals. Especially silly ones such as this (for the equation to hold up the President would have to do the shooting).
