@TheoryNumber3 In the current US, the justice system is being destroyed by politics.
Judges, Sheriffs, etc. should NEVER be appointed by, and therefore beholden to, politicians.
It's about time this dickhead gets his comeuppance, and especially for all the women he sexually abused. "Always believed you, Anita Hill !!"
