I don't know any pastors personally, so all I have to go on is what I see on TV or read about in the press. Going by that alone I would have to say that the 90% narcissists estimate is probably low.

The ones who are just these golden boys from youth with only a rudimentary understanding of what they are saying? The ones plucking a few lines of scripture to keep a flock quivering in in line? And plunking the cash in the plate? Nearly all of them.
Someone an actual theology degree, who has studied what is in there?
They are more likely to be questioning.

I would not doubt this at all. Especially in Evangelical groups. They cannot leave you alone and play a game of god always opening and closing doors. The pastor is the one behind this.
