Going to church is an indication that they're not too bright. Leaving the kid in the car is confirmation.

Florida is 2nd in the nation for hot car deaths. Texas is #1, of course.
Tis the season.

There's no details yet as to how this occurred. If it was deliberate, yes, leaving an 11 month old untended in a car is criminal. Might have been some terrible mixup though, it happens. I'll wait for the details of how it happened before rushing to judgment.

Were these murderers ashamed of the girl or did they think she would just cry too much during the services?

I can't imagine that no one in the church asked.

Welcome to the way of the (un)godly.

I'll never forget when I had my son who was then about 2 but not quite and the news came on telling about a mother who took her baby, same age as my son, and threw him against the wall over and over till unconscious. He died. I don't know if the mother was jailed but to take a dependent and do that was very wrong. Wonder if her church approved or if the baby had monotonous colic.

Parents, guardians, and any adult that harms a child are monsters in my book.

It does hit you much harder if you learn of something horrible happening to a child if you have one close to the same age.

My first responsibility is towards God! At least I did not smash my daughter's head against any rocks.

Maybe they believed their imaginary man in the sky would babysit.

Negligence, pure and simple.

"This is an unfortunate incident, and our condolences and prayers go out to the family," Palm Bay Police Chief Mario Augello said in a statement.
Hah!!
Prayers are what caused the baby girl's death on the first case!
