And the Cuban community in Miami wants this to continue. They want to hold over their families in Cuba how much better they have it in Miami. No body protests constructive moves to open Cuba up to more outside influence than these Cuban Americans, and they vote republican.

And to answer your question, quite a few probably. They would be crazy not to spy on America, we've been nothing but hostile to them for decades including sponsoring an invasion, assassination attempts, and sanctions. And the obscenity that is GITMO.

The USA is so childish about Cuba - and most things. Like a nasty child its only solution to most things is to strike out, take things from others and still want more.

The USA needs its designated enemies, otherwise Americans might start to demand that some of our mind numbing military pork be spent on things other developed countries take for granted, like infrastructure, health care, and education.
