I'd like to see 2 examples of reporters asking that question to Hillary Clinton.

Because mainstream media is controlled mostly by a cabal of very rich white conservatives who are only interested in destroying Democratic Party candidates. They have to report a certain amount of Republican much because there is just so much of it. But they avoid over analyzing it. The Clintons had a young daughter at the time, and some women are more willing to overlook philandering than others. In Melania’s case, she had a prenuptial and a young child that might have been her reason for hanging around. She has also done a really good job of staying in the shadows, which Hillary never did.

This is a good point, regarding the hypocrisy of the Repubs, but at the same time, the reason why Melania was not asked that, is because the obvious answer, and the reason she stayed with Trump was so clear to everyone, that it didn't need to be asked. And it was also because our society has become so jaded, that nobody sees anything shameful or wrong with women being public trophy wives and no longer regards it as the high money prostitution that it still is, and used to be seen as. In Hillary's case, the reason, at least to me and many other progressives, her reason for staying with Bill, during and after his sex scandals, was clear as day, it was her shameless political ambitions, and the fact that it was so obvious to everyone, even if the corporate media never came out and called her on it, was the main factor that she lost the election to Trump, because so many people saw her for what she was, a pol with no shame, integrity, or self respect whatsoever, by staying with Bill. So they didn't trust or respect her, not because of misogyny by voters, as even some women saw these qualities about her, by staying with Bill for political ambition, and voted against her, even if they would not criticize her openly, for fear of looking like a traitor to the sisterhood.

What her reasons are for staying married to Bill since she lost the election, who knows, maybe she still loves him, maybe not, but either way, I really doubt they still have that real of a marriage, as far as actually living togeher, continuing to have sex, or be monogamous with each other. Of course, Bill's heart attack may have slowed down his womanizing. Regardless, I no longer really care about the futures or lives of either one of them, I just wish that the Clintons and Obamas, would both stop controlling the Dem Party and keeping us stuck with candidates like Biden, so we could move on to actually having some younger, progressive Dems in congress and the White House.

When you get down to it, this is a very interesting question. I feel that it is controlled by the GOP who would never put any of this on Trump. These same people promoted the idea that if you elect Hillary it means Old Bill is back.
