Doubt it, and all the "new"roses I saw on the video I have seen before...I visit Elizabeth Rose Park in Hartford CT, a test garden and the third-oldest Rose Park in the country.
@annewimsey500 I realized a couple of years ago that a lot of videos on YouTube are scams. I'm always dubious anymore!!
