Good morning my Agnostic family, I am here to give an update on my situation. I've found out that my heart is OK, but I've been referred to a pulmonary doctor, as they now believe I have some issues with my lungs. I have an appointment with the pulmonary doctor on October 2nd, so am hopeful that they can give me some answers.
My granddaughter and another friend of mine came out for my heart cath. That was so nice to have them here. My granddaughter had to go back home to work but my friend Dani is still here with me helping with the dogs. She plans to stay through November to get me through all the appointments. I'm in good hands and doing OK. I'm getting back online more often and will check in here more often too.
Wish you the best. Take care...
Thank you, your good wishes are much appreciated.
Glad that you are back and doing OK. I had to see my doc on Wednesday and she said I was low on vitamin D and she also changed my BP med.
I'm glad your doctor is looking after you so well. Be sure to take that vitamin D daily. Hope the new BP meds help.
I always knew you had a good heart!
Take care and best of luck!
Thanks for your sweet comment! I'm so glad to know my heart is OK. Now, they need to figure out what's wrong with my lungs.
@Redheadedgammy Hope it's nothing
Health issues can be so stressful. Best wishes for the upcoming round of doctor's visits.
Many thanks for the good wishes. It has been so stressful, but I have good friends who are helping me.
That's great news!!! Hope everything goes well with the pulmonary doctor! Happy to hear you have someone helping you, doctor's appointments are so stressful and time consuming! Let me know if you and your friend Dani want to meet up in Old Mesilla! Miss you!
Oh Michelle, I miss you too girl!! I think a meet up in Old Mesilla would be good for me. I will be in touch.
Great stuff!!! Happy to hear some good news. Hopefully, the pulmonary thing won't be that bad too. Take care!!!
It was good to hear my heart is OK. I was pretty stressed out. I'm hopeful the pulmonary doctor will figure out what the problem is quickly. The breathing issue is scary.
@Redheadedgammy, I think we all here are hoping that's nothing too serious. In the least, there were good news. Now, let's hope for the best.
@Paddypereira Exactly right. It helps to know so many are sending good vibes.
Progress towards a diagnosis is good news!
Best of luck with it being something easily fixable/controllable.
The progress is most welcome, and hopefully I'll have some answers soon. Thanks for your good wishes Anne. π₯°
That is wonderful to hear! Hang in there, we miss you here.
Thanks so much Len, I am hanging in there and hopeful for a good outcome with the pulmonary doctor.
@Redheadedgammy I'm pulling for you, hon!
I must have missed any earlier posts about your health! I'm glad that your heart is fine. Take it easy.
I haven't been too active here for a few weeks now but hope to be back more often now that I'm getting some answers from the doctors. Thanks for you kind comments.
Take care.
Thank you, I'm working on it.
Good luck
Thank you Roger, hopefully all will work out.
@Redheadedgammy In 2016 I was part of the 10% who survived a cardiac arrest because I happened to do it in front of an ambulance crew. Had they arrived ten minutes later I would have been dead. As it was they had paddles on board and were able to bring me just with some left ventricle damage. A medivac flight to a specialist hospital 800 miles away got three stents inserted. 5 days later a blood clot emerged and an emergency operation into my femoral artery. 5 days after that they flew me home. All has been fine since and I take tiny pills to stay OK.
@rogerbenham What an experience Roger. It appears you are a tough and healthy man. I'm glad, because I so enjoy many of your music posts.
My half brother has 4 stents after a heart attack. He made some dietary changes and has led a very good life since the heart attack in 1999.
I'm looking forward to feeling better.
@Redheadedgammy 40 years of active life living in the bush set me up for retirement when I was 67 but now I am seeing the gradual ageing process and know I'm not immune. In a sense Warfarin killed as my INR measured in the Emergency had fallen to zero.A few months later a cardiologist chaned my prescription to Pradaxa, which after 3 monthsMedicare agreed to cover. The joy of being in Canada!
So happy to see you back here. You were missed. I hope all goes well with your next round of appointments and the solutions they come up with. Stay strong.
Thank you for the encouragement Betty. I am hopeful the pulmonary doctor can figure things out for me.
@Redheadedgammy
Your stress levels should be greatly reduced once you begin to work on a solution. We are all pulling for you.
@Betty The stress level has been greatly reduced since finding out my heart is OK. Now to find out about my lungs and finding a solution to that issue.
Good to see you back again Rhondaβ¦and thanks for updating us. You seem to be in good hands and we trust your specialist will be able to sort out your respiratory problems. In the meantime take it easy and enoy the company of your good friend Dani. We will still be here whenever you decide to look in on us!
The term "shitcoin" is a colloquial expression used in the cryptocurrency community to describe coins perceived as having little to no value or utility [paybis.com]. Itβs often a shorthand for expressing skepticism about a coinβs potential, particularly when it fails to deliver on its promises or lacks substantial functionality. Identifying a shitcoin involves examining its promises, usability, and purpose; if a coin shows signs of overhyped claims without real-world application, it may fall into this category. While shitcoins are typically small-cap altcoins and can be traded on major cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance and Bittrex, caution is advised. Always ensure to transfer any coins out of your exchange wallet to safeguard your assets.
@DenoPenno Noβ¦and neither do I !
@Dssaq Perhaps your comment was meant to go with another post??
@Redheadedgammy Scammer!! This scammer should have at least wished you well before they commented with their scam!
@michelle666gar Is that what that was? I'm slow to recognize them Michelle. It's nice to have younger, sharp friends to educate me.
@michelle666gar Love you Michelle.
@Redheadedgammy Love you too
