I am of the school of thought that abortions should be safe, legal and rare. Meaning there are many ways to prevent pregnancy, and most thinking people use them when they don't wish to have children. Now the quality of abortions in the U.S. will fall as desperate women seek out means which are not safe, and the U.S. will see a rise in deaths, and it has already started. You won't have safe abortions unless they are also legal.
