Douglas Adams is brilliant!

As an engineer, I have always talked about how, when solving problems, getting the question right is more important than the answer.

His example of the super computer that got the answer to life the universe and everything as 42 is a wonderful, hilarious way of describing this value. Without the right question, the answer is meaningless.
