Protein-Banana-Berry Smoothie:
Put into a blender:
1cup orange juice
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop nonfat, vanilla whey protein powder = 20 grams protein.
1 ripe banana, broken into chunks
Dash salt
1 teaspoon roasted almond butter
1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries.
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice, optional. This brightens the flavor.
1 tsp. honey or sugar, optional.
NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS (for the entire recipe): Calories 565; Protein 55 g; Sodium 180 mg; Calcium 225 g; Carbs. 122.8 g; Sugars 87.8 g; Fat 2.2 g; Sodium 224 mg; Potassium 978 mg.

One of my Spinach plants in PR:
Just finished a tortilla roll up consisting of 1/2 kibasa sliced lengthwise, colby-Jack and mozzarella cheese, and asparagus pesto. Potato chips... iced tea made from Lipton's + Peruvian caco tea.
I made basmati rice soup and ate a pickled egg with it, along with a glass of really wonderful Norton Grape Red Reserve wine from Chrysalis Winery then went back to work ?I am really chill at my desk.
