Trump officially thinks he can pardon himself. Is it time to stop associating with people I've known my whole life who still support him, however large the number? This is beyond terrifying. How the hell can a sitting president claim to be above the law and still have legions upon legions of supporters? His supporters are like Agent Smith clones. I swear.

Beware of Trump derangement syndrome. It seems like you have an advanced case.

I'm no "snowflake" either. I call out liberals who shelter Islam from criticism and make excuses for Antifa violence, but this guy really is the maniac they say.

@TheDarkNolanite That's silly. He's a billionaire with many buildings and grandchildren that he loves and will do nothing to harm. Turn off CNN and MSNBC, and chill out!

@doug6352 He demonizes any news outlet which even remotely criticizes him as "fake news." It's dangerous to the very fabric of our democracy. And I don't watch CNN or MSNBC.

I posted about this also.

My conclusion was that if Trump attempted to pardon himself, it would be like pleading guilty to an impeachable offense. Pardoning himself couldn't stop impeachment proceedings.
