There is one aspect of kosher, especially in regard to meat and poultry that I think is very compassionate.

The Torah requires that meat and poultry be slaughtered in a prescribed manner known as shechita. The trachea and esophagus of the animal are severed with a special razor-sharp, perfectly smooth blade, causing instantaneous death with no pain to the animal.

In a world where we torture our food, I think this is a better way to treat our food.

Kosher is such shit!
A Rabbi shakes a bottle of ‘blessed’ water at a WAREHOUSE, and calls it Kosher.

Not me. I enjoy seafood and meat.

I love seafood, too, but I do have to admit that lobster scare me, due to the shell and the possibility to choke on it lol.
