Indeed! Thomas Jefferson may have been the first to use the term "Wall of Separation between Church and State." This impenetrable barrier serves to create a mental picture that clarifies the Framers' intent when they drafted the so-called establishment clause in the First Amendment.

Republicans keep trying to dig under it.

That wall should be the only "sacred" thing we hold.

The "state" is the religion. Government comes from meaning mind control. Biblical text establishes identification for taxation and government control. Biblical text is considered "religious " text.

Not according to the Bill of Rights. There is no state religion. Although the Declaration of Independence has religious references, the constitution does not. I reject all scriptures. Only stupid people truly believe in God. Conmen tricking fools.

@barjoe the deception is that governmental = religion. You think religion is about pasta in the sky with meatballs.

Notice the OLD testiment, which is considered religious text, us the LAW for the nation of ISRAEL prior to 2000 years ago.

Biblical text RELIGION is about establishing government laws to govern people with things like identification for taxation and government control capitalism slavery.

Just because the constitution of the European invadors does not use the word "religion" for the la we s it established does not change the fact it is a religion/government.

@barjoe the original premise of the constitution was to limit and control the government by defining what the government officials can or cannot do, but it is a failure for purposes of true freedom of the people from the Government forcing such as taxation in accordance with the religious dictates of biblical text.

@barjoe where does the U.S. constitution restore as it was prior to the European invasion of 1492, the original indigenous inhabitants freedom to have our own brick home, business and property built by true masons, free from mortgage, free from rent, free from taxation, free government terrorism and free from religious oppression and have true just capital punishment for anyone that opposes this?
