The Perfect Morning Meditation

The perfect morning meditation takes only six seconds to complete. When you awake in the morning sit on the edge of your bed with feet twelve inches apart, palms facing upwards resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a deep breath and think of a few people that you do not like and say aloud Fuck You! Fuck You! Fuck You! It clears your throat as well.
