Exactly what I was going to say.
Like McConnell, both have protected coal industry, but never the workers. McConnell is worse, only because his coal proposals were meant to help his father-in-law, the largest shipper of coal world wide by ship. McConnell doesn't even try to put American coal protections into anything he proposed.
